COUTURE

Clients are seen strictly by appointment only. All consultations and fittings will occur at a location agreed upon by the client and couturier. An estimated investment will be given at the consultation. Any design changes may incur an additional cost. Investments are made in two installments, at the times detailed below.

Custom Gown The consultation for bridal and evening gowns includes an illustration of the gown, presentation of textiles and material sourced, and an estimated of production. All custom gowns are made to the client’s measurements and three fittings are included in the initial investment.

Initial investment varies based on gown design.

  • Step 1. Consultation + contract review

  • Step 2. Gown Finalization + first half of installment due

  • Step 3. Toile fitting

  • Step 4. Lining fitting + final half of installment due

  • Step 5. Final fitting

  • Step 6. Handover/Delivery

The hem length will be decided at the lining fitting. The client is advised to wear the heels/shoes they wish to wear with the gown at this fitting, as changes cannot be made once the hem length is agreed on.

SUSTAINABLE BRIDAL

Heirloom & Modern Bridal -We specialize in redesigning heirloom and modern gowns for clients, breathing new life into treasured pieces while preserving their sentimental value. Each project begins with a custom illustration, allowing the client to approve the final design before any deconstruction takes place. For complex designs, we may create a mockup in cotton fabric to ensure all fit and design details are perfected before working on the original garment. Once the mockup is approved, the client provides consent for the deconstruction of the original gown. Any remaining fabric or materials from the original piece can be returned to the client upon request.

Eco-Luxury Bridal - Our atelier offers one-of-a-kind sustainable gowns crafted exclusively from 100% dead-stock and pre-loved textiles and materials. These gowns are truly unique, as the limited availability of materials ensures they cannot be recreated in different sizes or styles. Many fabrics and materials are sourced from donated or boutique-purchased gowns, adding rich history and character to each creation. These gowns embody the essence of “something old, something new,” offering an innovative and ethical approach to bridal luxury.

Samples - Our samples are sold as-is, each with its own distinctive design and sizing. These pieces are available for split payments, though the garment will only ship once payment has been made in full. Each sample is a testament to our commitment to quality and originality, perfect for brides seeking something truly unique.

ALTERATIONS

Clients are seen strictly by appointment only. All disowned textiles and materials are considered donation to be use for recycling purposes, beginning the seventh day after pick-up date. We do not accept responsibility for any damage after the gown has been handover to client.

FITTINGS

Fittings will be arranged at the convenience of the couturier and the client. Fittings are scheduled on Saturday & Sundays. A new fitting may be arranged, but any delay in the completion of the gown due to a canceled/postponed fitting by the client is not the fault of the creative director though every effort will be made to complete the order by the agreed deadline. The client is advised to wear the underwear and shoes they intend to wear with the garments to ensure the correct fit. The creative director takes no responsibility should the client not do so, leading to the gown not fitting correctly.

During final fitting, the client will try on the gown to ensure the fit is correct and once it leaves our possession, we accept no further liabilities thereafter. This applies to all clients. The Palingenesis shall not be liable for any defaults due to any act of Divinity or another event beyond reasonable control. Any requests for minor alterations must be made known as soon as possible, as once the garment and final payment have been exchanged, any further work will come at an additional cost and be completed only when and if possible, this includes defects incurred as a result of ‘wear and tear.

We strive to keep the gowns as clean as possible during the development process. Some marks and sometimes damage may inevitably occur. Please be aware of makeup, lotions, standing on hems, and walking around in the gown excessively during fittings. The Palingenesis will do our very best to do an in-house clean, however, if extra marks/stains are attained i.e. makeup or fake tan, there may be an additional cleaning fee charged to the client. We do not accept responsibility for any damage after the gown has been handover/delivered to client.

INVESTMENT

The initial investment for a custom gown varies and the final investment is based on the intricacy of design, textiles & materials, and production.
